Royal Chances Reentry Foundation specializes in **Felony Explanation Letter Training**, a structured service designed to support justice-impacted individuals in professionally explaining their criminal history to employers, housing providers, licensing boards, and educational institutions.

This training guides participants through the process of clearly communicating their past without self-sabotage, over-disclosure, or shame.
